Peloton Digital: You don’t need to get their $2,000+ bikes. They currently offer a 90-day subscription to their app. You can do some easy-to-follow and high-quality videos, including yoga, strength, meditation, cardio and bootcamp classes.
Nike Training Club: Download their beautifully designed app. It features a wide variety of home workouts to choose from, including programs that help you set an ongoing workout schedule.
CorePower Yoga: Always a great collection of yoga sessions to do at your own pace.
